Your One Degree
Your One Degree was created to help people hone in on their "particular purpose." Founder Dave Jewitt says they help people with this by giving them a composite look of who they are.
The composite look that Your One Degree helps to form is made up of many different aspects. Jewitt says individuals have certain abilities that energize their heart, a life story, unique knowledge and skill set, specific passions, spiritual gifts, personality and capacities that can be relational, physical, mental, and pressure. By accessing each of these areas Your One Degree forms a composite. Jewitt says, "You're not just your abilities, you're not just your knowledge... you're these things together. When we work with a person in these areas, we start to see that these things play together in helping them narrow down what they need to be doing." Your One Degree helps people maximize who they are. Jewitt explains that there are a lot of people who utilize their coaching because they are burned out, in a transition period, or they want to make better use of who they are. Your One Degree helps guide people through adjustments or changes that need to be made.
