Bundle up and brave the cold for the 2nd annual Big Freeze 5K & Fun Run in Tulsa.  Held at LaFortune Park, the 5K includes a certified course and a challenging obstacle course that puts hay bales, cones, tires, a web crawl and tubes in the way of participants.  Medals will be presented in standard USATF age groups, and prizes will be given to the overall male and female winners.  For those who don't want to compete in the 5K, there's the Fun Run, which will be open to all ages and will not include the obstacle course.
