Teen dies at Lake Keystone
SAND SPRINGS - A 17-year-old has died after drowning at Keystone Lake after an accident involving a surfboard.
Troopers say the victim was about 50 feet north of the south shore of Keystone Lake when it happened. Investigators say 17-year-old Thomas Alvarez fell off the surfboard into nine feet of water. Authorities recovered the teen's body several hours later.
