OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -  The sister of a Tulsa shooting victim says her brother was buying a birthday gift for his wife while holding his 10-year-old daughter's hand when he was shot in what police say was a gang-related shooting at an electronics store.

Police say 58-year-old Graydon Wesley Brown died at a local hospital following the Saturday shooting outside a Best Buy store that also killed 34-year-old Scott Norman of Tulsa. Police told reporters that Norman was the target of the shooting and that a stray bullet that shattered the store's glass window hit Brown in the chest.

Brown's sister - Gracelyn Brown - says her brother was looking at video discs and holding his daughter's hand when he was shot.

Police said Sunday that there have been no arrests in the shooting.
