Tulsa toddler shot by stray bullet
TULSA (KFAQ) - EMSA officials responded to a call of a three-year old shot by a stray bullet in north Tulsa.
Officials say the toddler was shot at a home in the 1100 block of N. Xenophon and was taken to the hospital in fair condition.
