Arrest made in Best Buy shooting

TULSA (FOX 23)  - Another arrest has been made in the deadly shooting at a midtown Best Buy. Tulsa police confirm they arrested a suspect near 23rd and Jackson on Thursday morning.  Police identified the suspect as Willie Wise.

A few hours earlier, Police had arrested a woman in the case. Shania Craven was booked  on two counts of being an accessory to first degree murder.

Police say she was one of three people found inside a black four-door Chevy Malibu possibly tied to Saturday's Best Buy shootings in midtown has been towed from the area of 700 N. Denver, in a neighborhood not far from the Tulsa County Jail.

Police say three people were questioned, Craven was arrested, along with another person with outstanding warrants not connected to the Best Buy case. A third person was released.

Scott Norman, 34, the "intended target" in what police called a gang-related shooting, and bystander Wes Brown were killed Saturday afternoon at the Best Buy in the 5500 Block of Skelly Drive.

Norman was ambushed outside the store.  Brown, who was inside the store shopping with his ten-year-old daughter, was hit by a stray bullet.

Surveillance video from outside the Best Buy showed a small black vehicle leaving the scene.
