Multicounty grand jury returns indictment
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma's multicounty grand jury returned an indictment before recessing for the month.
The state Attorney General's office, which oversees the panel, said Thursday the indictment was returned to the presiding judge in open court for review and further action. The case involved wasn't specified.
According to its interim report, the time allotted this session didn't permit the grand jury to complete its investigation of the matters brought before the panel.
The grand jury will meet again Aug. 21 through Aug. 23.
