Charges filed in Kayla Ferrante's death
TULSA (FOX 23) - The Tulsa District Attorney has filed charges against a Tulsa man accused of killing a teenage girl.
Edwin Daniels is charged with first degree murder for the death of Kayla Ferrante. The 17-year old was shot in the back outside her home on May 26th. Police say a witness told them that Daniels said he shot at the car Ferrante was in because he thought it belonged to two rival gang members.
Daniels is also charged with shooting with intent to kill.
