One victim in south Tulsa triple shooting dies

TULSA (FOX 23)  -  Tulsa police have arrested a 2nd suspect in a triple shooting that happened early Monday morning near 63rd and Peoria. 

One of the victims was killed, Shametra Fields died late Tuesday night, according to Tulsa police. 

Officers say 22-year old Everett L. Adkins and 25-year old Makala F. White are still in the hospital.

Police arrested Ronnie Jones and Everett Monte Wilson on Tuesday.  Both face murder charges, along with counts of shooting with intent to kill and one count of robbery with a firearm or dangerous weapon.

Police say the victims may have been shot in the street around 2:00am. Afterwards they started knocking on doors for help. Police say White and Fields were shot in the head, and Adkins was shot in the stomach. 

Adkins was able to talk to police, based on what he told them officers say two shooters were likely involved, and that the shooting was not random and it probably stemmed from an argument.
