Murder suspect found dead in motel
TULSA (KFAQ) - After surrounding a Tulsa motel police say a man wanted in a murder case was found dead inside a room.
Police had been called to the motel shortly after 3 a.m. Officers had seen the suspect, Eliboreo Carillo through one of the hotel windows at the Days Inn near Admiral and Sheridan and had talked to him on a phone, but hadn't had contact with him since 7 a.m. when what sounded like gunshots were heard coming from the room. Police later went inside and found him dead.
Police were trying to take Carillo into custody in connection with a Thursday afternoon murder in east Tulsa. Police say Carillo drove up beside another man's car and opened fire, killing the victim. Three children were in the car when it happened, but weren't injured.
