Thunder wins in Tulsa
TULSA, Okla. (AP) Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook seem to be starting this season the way they ended the last one for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Durant had 22 and Westbrook added 18 in the Thunder's 107-97 exhibition win yesterday over the Phoenix Suns. The Western Conference champions surged after leading 46-45 at halftime.
