    In the first hour, Pat had an update on last night's storm damage, talked with Matt Ball from Americans for Prosperity and told the story of a man man who decided to remove his prostate in a risky preemptive strike against cancer after hearing the story of Angelina Jolie's breast removal. In the second hour, KTUL's Kim Jackson checked in from Shawnee where storm damage was widespread, Pat and Eddie talked about Bishop EW Jackson and President Obama's commencement address. In the third hour, Pat, Eddie, Audra and Annica talked about pin-up girl posters in the workplace and equal opportunity and discussed Pat Robertson's marriage advice.

    In the first hour, Pat talked about Obama's press conference yesterday and his use of Marines to hold umbrellas for him. Jenny White called in with an update on Common Core in Oklahoma. In the second hour, Dr. Everett Piper from OKWU called in to talk about the IRS scandal and not honoring the rule of law, plus reaction to the Gosnell trial. Pat and Eddie also talked about the Oklahoma Pop Museum and a group wanting to rename the Brady District. In the third hour, Pat talked more about Obama's use of Marines holding umbrellas in his press conference and Obama compared to Nixon.

Later Eddie and Pat talked about the TPS bond package passing. In the third hour, more talk about the Obama administration scandals.

  • NBC reporter calls out Jay Carney

    During today’s White House press conference, spokesman Jay Carney clashed with NBC News’ Chuck Todd over federal shield laws and President Barack Obama’s alleged flip-flop on journalistic protections. Fielding some tough inquiries about Benghazi, the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups and the Department of Justice’s tracking of journalists’ phone records, Carney repeated familiar talking points throughout the presser and attempted to rebuff blame waged against the president and his administration.

  • Obama administration under siege from 3 scandals

    In just one week, President Barack Obama’s political machine has switched from endless campaign to survival mode. And for the first time in Obama’s presidency, the damage to his regime may be permanent. Three revelations have come together like an avalanche. First, there was a Benghazi hearing that proved beyond any reasonable doubt that this administration is feckless, dishonest, and cravenly politicized. But in its aftermath on Friday, an executive branch information dump dropped another bombshell: the IRS does indeed target and intimidate conservative groups. Dan Witham (host of the weekend MoneyTalk program) called in to talk about TPS funding. In the third hour, Pat talked about the state increasing drivers license fees and Anna Higgins from the Family Research Council called in to talk about the Gosnell trial.

  • Benghazi Talking Points Underwent 12 Revisions

    ABC News is reporting the Benghazi talking points underwent 12 revisions and were scrubbed of any terror reference. According to a story by ABC's Jonathan Karl; when it became clear last fall that the CIA’s now discredited Benghazi talking points were flawed, the White House said repeatedly the documents were put together almost entirely by the intelligence community, but White House documents reviewed by Congress suggest a different story.
