OSU's Chelf and Lowe named players of the week

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP)  Oklahoma State quarterback Clint Chelf and safety Daytawion Lowe are the Big 12 Conference offensive and defensive players of the week.

 
The conference announced the selections Monday after No. 7 OSU beat then No. 3-ranked Baylor 49-17. Chelf was announced Sunday as the national player of the week by the Walter Camp Football Foundation.
 
Chelf is offensive player of the week after completing 19-of-25 passes for 370 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Lowe is defensive player of the week after leading the OSU defense with 10 tackles and a pass breakup.
 
The special teams player of the week is Kansas State kick returner Tyler Lockett, a junior from Tulsa.
